All orders placed on the Berol website are processed by Specialist Crafts.
Every effort has been made to ensure that prices are correct, however they may be subject to alteration without notice. All orders are accepted on the understanding that goods will be invoiced at the prices shown at checkout on the date of purchase.

VAT will be charged at the statutory rate current at the date of invoice and will be calculated on the total goods value of each product line.
Method of Payment:
Specialist Crafts is entitled to take payment from you when it receives your order. If Specialist Crafts is unable to supply the products a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products. Specialist Crafts reserves the right to alter the method of payment up to the date of despatch. However, subject to this, Specialist Crafts will usually accept card payments by: MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro.
Prices:
All prices exclude VAT
Carriage Charges:
All orders are normally despatched within 7-10 working days of receipt of order.

All UK orders will incur a £5.99 + VAT p&p charge.
Next Day Delivery is available at a cost of £19.95 per order* (for orders placed before 11am)

*Please note next day service is only available on weekdays. Next day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Please note that this service may take 48 hours extra to deliver in the highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Cornwall and other off shore islands.
Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £23.95 per order (for orders placed prior to 10am on Fridays)**

Delivery Claims:
We cannot accept a claim for non-delivery unless we receive written notice within 10 days.
Damaged / pilfered goods:
You must claim in writing on the carriers for any goods damaged or pilfered with 3 days. We strongly recommend that you also show the parcels to the carrier and sign for the goods as damaged, otherwise a claim may be invalid.
Return of goods:
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation of the Customer Services Department and must be in a re-saleable condition for full credit allowance. A handling charge may be applied.
Quantities:
We can only supply the pack sizes quoted. It is not possible to split individual packs.
Packaging:
We are constantly endeavouring to improve the design and range of our products and packaging. It is possible, therefore, that the products and packs shown in this price list may be changed during 2006.
